ha... I made it, about 4 hours left in the day before I have to change the wheel but I made the deadline. Pending that my internet connection holds up better than it's been for the past week I'll be able to upload it too...

I like the rich blues in the upper right about this one... it feels more like night... it's a fairly empty picture compared to my 11x14 pics... I anticipate that will change in the next few pictures, it's always a little hard to fill the space when you move to a bigger size I've found... sorry Cyndahl, but you got to be the first with a bigger pic than all the others, oh the jealousy!

She was going to be crouching down and sifting seeds through her fingers originally but I decided to start over, you may see some work marks in the lower left where I fought with her foot... Time of day will play a big role in this year's goddesses... mud is brown isn't it? especially with light hitting it? >.>

she's the goddess of earth, spring and birth... I've drawn her every spring if you care to see a history :D look in the gallery

Wow - the background is great with the changing sky! And I like her face, too. The simple clothing emphasizes the background.

^_^ she is supposed to feel very simple and fundamental. I'm not really grooving on all the pencil markings for this one though, Blaze is going to look much more smooth, she should be up in a few days if not today ^_^ Thanks for all the coments!
