Cyndahl 2016

Cyndahl leads this year's theme with: Cathedrals!

I can't belevie how long it's taken me to get this one done this year.  The topic really didn't help either, backgrounds are my bane of existance.  I had some grand designs for this one but time just wasn't on my side.  The total time to get it done wasn't that un-obtainable I guess I just panicked   Cyndahl's cathedral is stationed under the grand hands holding up the portal to Hame.  When she instructed the makers of her first church she instrructed them to be artists with the design, and that her hands would hold the bits of earth aloft. 

Cyndahl has picked out stones to represent her sisters at her cathedral, Onyx for blaze, Sandstone for herself, Marble for Alexandria and Jade for Nubis. 

There is some perspective whonkeyness on the right, I wanted there to be buildings behind Cyndahl in a kind of mid-foreground but somewhere between inking the top and inking the bottom I forgot what I was doing  so... I guess there's a thin ribbon of earth holding up those buildings? 

Also grooving on the grey mountain / stone wings, I think those are going to be permanent instilations on her character.
